Museum of St. Maximilian, Religious museum in Niepokalanów, Poland.
The museum contains three distinct exhibition rooms displaying photographs, personal belongings, and artifacts related to Saint Maximilian Kolbe's life and mission.
The museum opened in 1998, replacing an earlier exhibition housed in a wooden chapel that served the monastery from 1927 to 1929.
The exhibition includes a bronze statue of Saint Maximilian Kolbe created by Italian sculptor Roberto Joppolo and blessed by Pope John Paul II in 1982.
Located 42 kilometers from Warsaw, the museum welcomes visitors daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with guided tours available in multiple languages.
The third section of the museum presents a collection of international Franciscan missionary items, including a portrait of Saint Maximilian made from postage stamps.
