The neighborhood features a collection of residential buildings ranging from four to eleven stories, arranged in a loose pattern across the landscape.
The construction of Osiedle Wysokie occurred between 1964 and 1972, following architectural plans developed by Jadwiga Guzicka and her professional team.
Five tower buildings in the eastern section received the Mister Kraków architectural award in 1972 for their contribution to urban development.
The district borders include Mikołajczyka Street to the north, Broniewskiego to the east, Planty Bieńczyckie to the south, and Dunikowskiego to the west.
The Bieńczyckie Planty park forms a central axis through the neighborhood, connecting residential areas and public facilities including schools and cultural centers.
