Goetz Palace

Goetz Palace is a baroque revival residence in Brzesko featuring grand wooden staircases and intricately decorated rooms designed to impress visitors and family. The building spans multiple wings with numerous rooms overlooking landscaped grounds that include garden areas and open park space.

The palace was built between 1898 and 1900 as a residence for the owner of a major brewery and his family. An eastern addition with a winter garden was completed in 1908, expanding the original structure.

The palace was built as a private residence for a prominent brewery-owning family who shaped local commerce and society. You can still see how the rooms reflect the lifestyle and tastes of those who once lived here.

During World War II the building was commandeered for military purposes, serving as an aviation headquarters and officer training facility. After the war it was repurposed for civilian education, marking a complete shift in how the space functioned.
