Żółwieniec Transmitter

Żółwieniec Transmitter is a 320-meter steel guyed mast located in Żółwiniec that broadcasts radio and television signals across the region through antenna systems mounted at various heights. The different antenna elements are positioned at specific levels to transmit both radio and television content simultaneously.

The mast was built in 1992 and marked the beginning of modern broadcasting infrastructure in the Greater Poland region. It became instrumental in developing regional media services following Poland's political transformation.

The transmission center delivers multiple television channels and radio programs, connecting local communities through media and entertainment broadcasting.

The location sits on elevated terrain near a large lake's northern shoreline, which provides optimal signal coverage across surrounding areas. The elevated position ensures reliable broadcasting reach throughout the Greater Poland region.
