The three-story corner building features ornate architectural details, decorative cornices, and large windows arranged in a symmetrical pattern across its facade.
Constructed in 1900, the building belonged to Jewish merchant Szeftel Ginzburg and later housed Hotel Metropol during the interwar period.
The building reflects the architectural preferences of Białystok's merchants at the start of the 20th century through its combination of Renaissance and Viennese style elements.
Located at the intersection of Krakowska and św. Rocha streets, the building stands directly opposite the Church of St. Rocha in central Białystok.
The interior staircase maintains its original colored floor tiles and ceiling paintings from the early 1900s construction period.
