Description
The Toruń Gate is a brick ruin in Gothic style that once served as a defensive entrance to Grudziądz. The remaining walls display weathered red brick characteristic of the period, with large rounded arches and thick masonry that demonstrates the engineering of medieval fortifications.

Built in the early 14th century, the gate was a key part of Grudziadzs defensive walls that protected against invaders. Mid-20th century conflicts caused damage, but the surviving remains were later preserved as an important record of the citys medieval past.
