Muzeum Lat Dziecięcych Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Zuzeli

The Muzeum Lat Dziecięcych Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego in Zuzela is housed in a restored wooden schoolhouse from around 1900. The building contains two main areas: a recreated family living space with household items and a classroom section furnished with period-appropriate desks and teaching materials.

The future Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński attended classes here from 1908 to 1910 as a child. The building was later restored to preserve memories of these formative years in his life.

The museum displays personal items that belonged to the Wyszyński family, including a painting of Madonna of Perpetual Help and everyday objects from their home life. These objects tell the story of how a future church leader spent his childhood in a rural village setting.

The museum is cared for by the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, who can guide visitors through the displays. The location is easy to access, as the building sits in the village center and is walkable from surrounding areas.

The classroom still preserves original school furniture and teaching materials from the early 1900s. Visitors can see how education and learning looked during that period in a rural school setting.
