Saints Catherine and Florian Church, Gołąb

The red brick church features two towers flanking the main nave, adorned with sandstone elements and sculptures throughout its exterior walls and frames.

Construction of the church began in 1626 under Chancellor Jerzy Ossoliński's patronage and reached completion in 1634, replacing previous wooden structures.

The interior combines Renaissance and Baroque elements, including period-specific benches, pulpits, and a confessional that reflect local religious traditions.

Located on Folwarki Street in Gołąb village, the church functions as a parish under the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lublin.

The church structure incorporates both Italian and Netherlandish architectural influences, with distinct features crafted by brick-layers from Kazimierz Dolny.
