The Holy Trinity Church stands with a high spire and detailed stonework, combining Gothic Revival architecture with Russian pseudo-gothic elements in its design.

Starting as a wooden chapel for Polish and Lithuanian exiles in 1848, the current stone church opened in 1900 and reopened after Soviet closure in 1993.

The church maintains regular Catholic services while functioning as a regional cultural heritage site, representing religious freedom restoration in post-Soviet Russia.

Located at 11 Rosa Luxemburg Street in Tobolsk, the church holds regular mass services and organ concerts throughout the year.

The church bell tower, destroyed during Soviet times, was reconstructed during extensive restoration works completed in 2000.
