Iset Tower

The Iset Tower is a skyscraper rising across 52 floors with a glass facade and concrete frame designed to withstand the local climate. It houses around 225 premium serviced apartments alongside amenities including a swimming pool, spa, cinema, and shops.

Construction began in 2010 and finished in 2015, marking a major investment in the city's development during this expansion period. The building represents a turning point in how the skyline was transforming at that time.

The tower takes its name from the Iset River that flows through the city center, linking this modern structure to the natural landscape of the region. It represents how contemporary buildings in Yekaterinburg connect to the geographical features that define the area.

The tower is located in the Yekaterinburg-City business district and has clear access routes with entrances visible from multiple sides. Visitors can explore the retail areas and public spaces, though the residential apartments themselves are private.
