Gruzinka

Gruzinka is a small rural settlement located in the northern area of the Vsevolozhsky district, characterized by dense forests and natural waterways typical of northwestern Russia. The landscape features scattered homes amid woodland and water features that define the local environment.

The settlement became part of the Kuyvozovskoye rural territory in 2006 following administrative reorganizations in the region. This change restructured local governance and marked a new phase in the area's development.

Local residents maintain traditional Russian rural practices, participating in community activities organized through the Vaskelovsky Cultural House programs.

The settlement is accessible via major highways A120 and A121, which provide direct connections to nearby areas and regional centers. Saint Petersburg lies approximately 42 kilometers away and can be reached fairly easily using these routes.

The name Gruzinka carries Georgian origins and hints at a historical connection to the southern Caucasus region. This linguistic element adds an unexpected cultural layer to what is otherwise a typical northern village.
