The Olimpiysky Sport Palace features a main arena measuring 60 by 54 meters with seating for 3000 spectators and a ceiling height of 12 meters.

The sports palace opened its doors on July 30, 2003, becoming the home venue for the Chekhovskie Medvedi handball club and regional sports competitions.

The facility contains a press center accommodating 40 journalists and a conference hall for 100 people, supporting media coverage of sporting events.

The complex includes a 50-meter swimming pool with 420 spectator seats, a training hall of 48 by 24 meters, and a 144-square-meter fitness room.

The entertainment section of the palace houses the Scarabey entertainment center and the Rus restaurant, combining sports with leisure activities.
