Farmhouse "Novospasskoe"

Farmhouse Novospasskoe is a country estate featuring a columned main building accompanied by two secondary structures set within landscaped grounds. The property contains a network of connected ponds that form an integral part of its layout.

The estate was built between 1807 and 1810 and suffered damage during the French occupation of 1812. Major reconstruction efforts followed this period of conflict.

This estate is deeply connected to composer Mikhail Glinka, who was born here in 1804. Visitors can walk through rooms furnished with period pieces and see objects that belonged to his family.
