Tula State Museum of Weapons

The Tula State Museum of Weapons is a military museum in Tula that houses more than 10,000 exhibits spanning various historical periods. The collection includes firearms, artillery pieces, and combat equipment displayed across six floors in a helmet-shaped building.

The museum was founded in 1775 under Catherine the Great, originating from the weapons collection of the Tula Arms Factory established by Peter I. It evolved into a record of Russian military technology from the 16th century to the present.
