Троицкий мост, Historic stone bridge across Pskova River in Pskov, Russia

The Trinity Bridge is a concrete structure that connects central Pskov with the Zapskovye district across the Pskova River. It features a reinforced design with multiple vehicle lanes and wide pedestrian paths.

The bridge was first constructed in 1388 and has undergone multiple significant reconstructions since then. It was built from wood in the 19th century before being transformed into concrete in the mid-20th century.

The bridge takes its name from the Trinity Church nearby, a landmark that shaped the area's identity. Pedestrians crossing it notice the restored cast-iron railings that connect the two sides of this important city crossing.

The bridge is accessible for both vehicles and pedestrians with ample space in both directions. Crossing during off-peak hours is more comfortable, as the bridge experiences heavy traffic during rush times.

The bridge preserves original elements from different building periods in its railings and staircases. These cast-iron components were carefully restored to maintain their historical forms and tell the construction story of the crossing.
