High party school building

The High Party School building is a neoclassical structure in Rostov-on-Don featuring a P-shaped floor plan. Ionic pilasters decorate the exterior across multiple stories along Budenovsky Avenue.

The building was constructed in 1953 during the Soviet period as a training center for party officials. It was later incorporated into the Russian Customs Academy, marking a shift in its institutional purpose.

The memorial plaques on the facade honor graduates who completed their studies here and went on to notable careers. These markers reflect how the building served as a training ground for people who would later become prominent figures.
