Boulognerskogen, Gävle

Boulognerskogen is a municipal park in Gävle that runs alongside the Gavleån River and features tall pine trees, open lawns, and different activity areas spread throughout. The grounds include playgrounds, a mini golf course, a boat rental facility, and a cafe positioned near an outdoor performance stage.

The park was created in 1865 on former church property and named after a famous garden in Paris to mirror its style and purpose. This transformation turned the site into a public recreation area for the growing city.
