Jäders bruk

Jäders bruk is a former ironworks with preserved buildings and exhibition spaces in Arboga Municipality that documents the development of metal production. The site combines a manor house with factory structures, showing how production and family life coexisted in one location.

The site began in 1551 as a weapons factory during the Vasa era, then later developed into an ironworks. It ran active production until the early 1900s, when operations gradually ended.
