Kungsholms baptist Church

The brick church stands at Bergsgatan 59 in the Kungsholmen district, featuring a distinctive design with 23 Karolian windows and a prominent tower dome.

Erik Boström designed this religious building, which opened its doors in 1904 as a place of worship for the Baptist congregation in Stockholm.

The interior contains an Empire-style pulpit from 1820 and a baptismal chapel with carvings depicting the four evangelists and their representative symbols.

The church maintains regular services in Swedish and provides community engagement activities through its established programs and events calendar.

Each of the 23 Karolian windows displays a crown, biblical verse, donor name, and the year 1688, surrounded by decorative borders of branches and fruits.
