Lejondals slott, Manor house in Bro, Sweden.

The 1892 castle stands by Lake Lejondal, featuring towers, turrets, and a mix of architectural elements influenced by English and Wasa styles.

Queen Philippa of England owned the estate in the 1400s when it was called Bro-Lövsta, before Erik Abrahamsson Lejonhuvud changed its name to Lejondal.

Baroness Louise De Geer decorated the interior with family crests from both Sparre and De Geer families, including her wedding monogram in the dining hall ceiling.

The manor offers conference facilities, overnight stays, pool access, English breakfast service, and afternoon tea events throughout selected weekends.

The Gripenstedt family caused controversy in 1736 by refusing to baptize their children due to their Pietist beliefs, leading to forced baptisms of their 17 children.
