Svartå herrgård, Manor house in Degerfors Municipality, Sweden.
The manor house stands at the southern tip of Lake Lill-Björken with a central building and two additional structures within a landscaped park.
Built in 1782 during the Gustavian period, the manor belonged to Carl Falker, who held the position of hofmarschall at the Swedish Royal Court.
The estate represents Swedish architectural heritage through its late 18th-century design elements, reflecting the preferences of nobility during that period.
Visitors can access the manor grounds and explore the surrounding park, which contains native trees and plant species from the region.
In 2021, authors Christina Erikson and Thomas Erikson purchased the property, adding a literary connection to its long history.
