Stebnícka Magura, Mountain summit in Bardejov District, Slovakia
Stebnícka Magura rises to 899.9 meters above sea level and features dense forest coverage with maple, beech, and fir trees throughout its slopes.
The mountain became a protected nature reserve in 1964, preserving natural forest communities and establishing strict conservation measures for local plant species.
The mountain's red hiking trail connects to Zborov Castle, forming part of the Route of Heroes of the Slovak National Uprising historical pathway.
Visitors can access the summit through multiple starting points including Zborov, Vyšný Tvarožec, or via an asphalt road from the village of Zlaté.
The mountain houses an 81-meter-tall radio and television transmitter at its peak, constructed in 1975 as a regional broadcasting center.
