The Franciscan Church is a Gothic building located in Old Town Bratislava featuring a brick pillar altar decorated with statues of Saint Stephen and Saint Emeric. The interior also displays a glass painting depicting the Annunciation and contains several additional altars serving different devotional purposes.
The building was constructed between 1280 and 1297 under King Ladislaus IV of Hungary. Its importance in the region grew following its consecration by King Andrew III and subsequent architectural evolution spanning multiple centuries.
