Kostol Loretánskej Panny Márie, Mannerist church in Bratislava I district, Slovakia.
The Church of Our Lady of Loreto features a single-nave structure with a wooden belfry and a copper-plated baroque roof in central Bratislava.
Originally built by Protestant inhabitants in 1659, the church was later transferred to the Ursuline order and dedicated to Our Lady of Loreto in 1670.
The interior houses a late baroque polychrome main altar with a Black Madonna statue, gifted by Archbishop Leopold Kolonič in 1684.
The church maintains regular opening hours for visitors and stands near other historical monuments in the Bratislava I district, making it convenient for city tours.
The bronze relief installed in 2006 commemorates Pope John Paul II's visit to Bratislava, created by Slovak sculptor Ján Borák.
