Panorama City, Modern residential towers in Old Town, Slovakia.
Panorama City comprises two identical residential towers with triangular floor plans and 33 levels each in central Bratislava. The complex includes shops and services on the ground floor along with more than 900 parking spaces distributed across underground and above-ground levels.
Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill designed the complex between 2005 and 2008, with construction completed in 2015. The project represented a significant phase in Bratislava's modern waterfront transformation.
The towers form part of Bratislava's waterfront development, blending residential and commercial spaces along the Danube promenade where locals and visitors walk daily.
The site is directly accessible from the Danube waterfront area and offers easy ground-level access to facilities. Walking through and around the complex is straightforward, with clear pathways and accessible entrances throughout.
The towers were built using specialized construction units that reduced floor slab heights throughout the structure. This technical innovation allowed for more open interior spaces while maintaining structural integrity.
