The Church of Saint Nicholas features a stone baptismal font from 1490 and multiple altars, including side altars crafted between 1470 and 1480.
Built in the second half of the 13th century on the site of an older Romanesque church, the structure underwent Gothic expansion in the 15th century.
The church alternated between Catholic and Protestant ownership throughout the 16th and 17th centuries, reflecting the religious changes in the region.
The church maintains regular religious services and welcomes visitors, with the main altar dedicated to Saint Nicholas dating from 1903.
The structure stands as the largest early Gothic building in the Liptov region and includes its original sacristy from the Romanesque period.
