Lužný most

Lužný Most is a highway bridge crossing the Danube River and linking different areas of Bratislava together. It features concrete construction with multiple large spans and serves as a major traffic route through the city.

Construction started in 2018 and the bridge opened to traffic in 2021, creating an important link in the city's road network. The project used advanced techniques for building the concrete structure.

Through a public poll conducted by the Ministry of Transport in 2020, citizens selected the name Lužný Most to reflect the nearby riparian forests.

The bridge is part of a modern bypass route and accessible from the city center. Drivers should be aware of peak times since it carries substantial traffic volume.

With its length of nearly three kilometers, the Lužný Most stands as the longest highway bridge in Slovakia, covering an area of 100,000 square meters.
