Wat Chaeng Worawihan

Wat Chaeng Worawihan is a Buddhist temple in Tha Wang featuring a central tower with an exterior decorated in porcelain fragments and shells arranged in intricate patterns. These decorative pieces cover the surfaces with meticulous detail, creating a textured appearance that catches the light.

The temple was built during the Ayutthaya Kingdom and held major religious importance. It once housed a significant Buddhist image that was later moved in 1785 to a more prominent royal temple.
