Wat Prayong Kitti Wanaram

Wat Prayong Kitti Wanaram is a Buddhist temple in Khlong Sip Song featuring a large Maitreya Buddha statue and multiple Buddha images within its modern assembly hall. The grounds include a meditation center where both monks and visitors practice together.

The temple was founded in 2007 by Phra Acharn Phet as a spiritual retreat, beginning with a small wooden meditation hut and pond. What started as a simple practice space has developed into a larger community center over time.

An Austrian meditation teacher named Mae Chee Brigitte joined the temple in 2009 and provides instruction in multiple languages. This makes the temple notably welcoming for international practitioners seeking guidance in their native language.
