Wat Prayong Kitti Wanaram

The temple features a large statue of Maitreya Buddha surrounded by multiple Buddha images within its modern assembly hall and meditation center.

The temple began in 2007 with a small wooden meditation hut and a pond, founded by Phra Acharn Phet for spiritual practice.

Each day, monks and laypeople gather in the meditation hall to practice traditional Buddhist techniques and participate in religious ceremonies.

Located 90 minutes from central Bangkok by taxi, the temple welcomes visitors between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM with extended hours during weekends.

Austrian meditation master Mae Chee Brigitte joined the temple in 2009 to provide teachings in multiple languages for international practitioners.
