Emirgan Park is a large public park located on the European coast of the Bosphorus in Istanbul.
Its history dates back to the Ottoman era when it was a private garden of a palace owned by Emir Gûneî Han.
It is home to the annual tulip festival, attracting visitors from all over the world.
Open year-round for public use, it is free of charge and offers ample recreational opportunities including picnic areas, walking trails and play areas.
Among its attractions are three historic wooden houses that serve as cafes, each painted in a different color.
