Ruentex Nangang Station Complex, Twin office towers in Nangang District, Taiwan
The Ruentex Nangang Station Complex features two identical towers reaching 138.3 meters high with 30 floors of mixed-use commercial and office spaces.
The construction of these towers, completed in 2014, marked a significant expansion of Taipei's eastern business district through collaborative design between Japanese and Taiwanese architects.
The complex represents modern Taiwan architecture by integrating transportation infrastructure with commercial spaces, reflecting the evolution of urban planning in East Asia.
The buildings house major international companies including Intel Taiwan and HSBC Bank, while Block B contains the Courtyard by Marriott hotel from the 7th to 30th floor.
The total floor area spans 133,751 square meters, combining railway station facilities with corporate offices and hospitality services in a single integrated development.
