The Palace Ukraine features a main concert hall with 3,714 seats, over 300 rooms, and stands 28 meters tall on Velyka Vasylkivska Street.
The building, completed in 1970, initially served as a venue for Communist Party congresses while also functioning as a cultural center for performances.
The Palace hosts national celebrations, theater productions, dance performances, and musical concerts from both Ukrainian and international performers throughout the year.

Soviet architects P. Zhylytskyi and I. Vayner designed the structure with a distinctive trapezoidal shape, while I. Karakis created the artistic interior details.
