Kostopil, city of district significance of Ukraine
Kostopil is a city in Rivne Oblast in northwestern Ukraine, set along the Horyn River. The streets are easy to navigate, and the townscape shows a mix of Soviet-era buildings and newer construction, with small squares, local shops, and parks spread between them.
