Dubove

Dubove stands at an elevation of 411 meters in western Ukraine, with the River Teresva flowing through its territory and dividing parts of the settlement.

The settlement gained importance in 1755 when it became the location of a district forestry office, leading to an influx of skilled workers from Bohemia.

The settlement maintains educational facilities including a technical school, secondary school, three primary schools, and a music school for its diverse population groups.

The settlement operates in the UTC+2 time zone, shifting to UTC+3 during daylight saving time, and connects to nearby towns through regional transportation networks.

A helicopter manufacturing facility established in 1969 transformed the local economy and funded numerous community developments, including a stadium and technical education center.
