Znamianka

Znamianka is a town of regional significance located in Kirovohrad Oblast in central Ukraine. It functions as the administrative center of Kropyvnytskyi Raion and serves as a hub connecting the surrounding rural areas with regional services.

The town was founded as a regional administrative center and grew to manage surrounding rural territories over time. The 2020 administrative reform confirmed and expanded its role as the center of the newly configured Kropyvnytskyi Raion.
