101 Tower is a modern office building in Solomianskyi district with 27 floors reaching 116 meters tall. The structure contains extensive workspace with contemporary technological infrastructure, multiple elevators, parking for around 350 vehicles, plus conference facilities, dining options, and a fitness center.
Construction took place between 2009 and 2012 based on an original plan for 34 floors. The design was reduced to 27 floors in 2010 following a request from the developer KAN Development.
The building represents the evolution of Kyiv's commercial architecture, serving as a central hub for international companies including Samsung's Ukrainian headquarters.
The building is equipped with elevators for easy vertical movement and has ample parking capacity for visitors and staff. Various amenities are available on-site to support a comfortable visit or workday.
The building housed Samsung's Ukrainian headquarters, positioning it as a major hub for international technology companies in the city. This made it an important center for major multinational operations in the region.
