Drevlyans Nature Reserve

Drevlyans Nature Reserve is a protected area in Zhytomyr Oblast that preserves a mosaic of forests, wetlands, and meadows. The site stretches along the Uzh River and displays the characteristic landscapes typical of the Polesian region.

The protected area was established in 2009 to preserve the natural landscapes of the Polesian region. Its creation marked an important step in safeguarding this ecologically diverse area.
