Literaturno-memorialʹnyĭ muzeĭ Ivana Franka u Kryvorivni

The museum holds personal items, manuscripts, and photographs of Ivan Franko within a traditional building in the Carpathian Mountains of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.

Established in 1960, the museum occupies the residence where Ukrainian writer Ivan Franko spent twelve summers with his family between 1901 and his final years.

The exhibition halls present the socio-economic conditions of the Hutsul Region through artifacts, documents, and two memorial rooms replicating the Franko family living spaces.

The museum opens daily except Mondays, offering guided tours in Ukrainian and virtual visits through its digital platform for international visitors.

The museum displays the original bed and fishing equipment used by Ivan Franko, along with a monument created by local artist I. Marusyak in 1981.
