Sataniv Synagogue

The synagogue features thick fortress walls measuring two meters, a barrel-vaulted ceiling, and a central prayer hall illuminated by twelve windows.

Built in 1532, the synagogue served as a granary during Soviet times until 2012, when restoration work began to return it to its original purpose.

The main prayer hall contains separate sections for men and women, following traditional Jewish worship practices, with the Torah ark positioned on the eastern wall.

Located at coordinates 49°15′09″N 26°14′50″E, the synagogue welcomes visitors who want to explore the Jewish heritage of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast region.

The entrance displays a heraldic composition within a plaster frame, while the attic wall features blind round arches supported by pilasters.
