The park emerged from a pine forest and opened on June 15, 2016, marking a transformation of natural space into a structured recreational area for the city.
The park grounds include the Temple of the Holy Martyr Vladimir, Metropolitan of Kyiv and Galicia, reflecting the religious heritage of the region.
The park offers bicycle and scooter rentals, children's playgrounds with soft surfaces, sports zones, and designated areas for outdoor cooking with deer-shaped forged barbecues.
An artificial lake with a fountain provides a central water feature, while the park maintains sections of the original pine forest integrated with new landscaping elements.
