Road bridge across the Desna

The road bridge crossing the Desna is a wide structure with multiple lanes for vehicles, separate paths for bicycles, and space for pedestrians to walk. It spans across the river to connect the northern and southern parts of the city.

A bridge first appeared at this location in 1859 as part of an important trade route connecting southern and northern regions. The original structure was destroyed in 2022 and has since been reconstructed.
