Founded by Yakiv Hryhorovych Rakitin in 1975, this institution preserves notable examples of Soviet-era aircraft, including three remaining Tupolev-114 planes.
The museum maintains a collection of documents, photographs, and artifacts that showcase the achievements of Ukrainian engineers in aviation technology.
Visitors can examine aircraft interiors, explore cockpits, and learn about aeronautical engineering through detailed technical specifications and diagrams.
The museum houses one of three surviving Tupolev-114 aircraft, which set 32 world records and represented the largest turboprop passenger plane.
