The structure includes the President Woodrow Wilson Memorial Exhibit, displaying artworks related to both Presidents Reagan and Wilson throughout its halls.

Visitors can access the building through six entrances, including direct connection to Federal Triangle Metro Station and the largest public parking garage in Washington.

The building serves as headquarters for multiple federal agencies while simultaneously functioning as an international trade center with 22 different event venues.
