King's Chapel, Colonial church on Tremont Street, Boston, United States
The granite church with three arched entrances features rectangular windows, detailed cornices, and a bell tower rising above the main structure.
The church dates from 1749 when Peter Harrison designed the structure to replace the original wooden chapel built for British colonists.
The building serves as both a place of worship and a museum, displaying colonial artifacts and containing the oldest American pulpit still in use.
The church offers guided tours from Monday to Saturday, allowing visitors to explore the sanctuary, burial ground, and historical exhibits.
The bell tower contains a set of bells cast in England in 1772, which continue to ring for services and special occasions.
