The Majestic is a twin-towered housing cooperative skyscraper located at 115 Central Park West in Manhattan, New York City.
Built in 1931 during the Great Depression, The Majestic replaced the Hotel Majestic, which was designed by Alfred Zucker in 1894.
The Majestic has been home to numerous famous residents including members of the Luciano crime family and celebrities like Conan O'Brien.
The Majestic consists of 238 apartments spread over 29 floors.
The Majestic was one of the first residential buildings to feature cantilevered projections.
