Schoellkopf Field

Schoellkopf Field is a university stadium in Ithaca with a distinctive crescent shape on its eastern side and a seating capacity of 25,597. The venue overlooks the surrounding Finger Lakes region.

The field opened on October 9, 1915, with a ceremonial parade of 6,000 participants led by Cornell University president Jacob Gould Schurman across the campus. This event marked a significant milestone for the institution.
