Stone Hall, University building at Cornell University in Ithaca, United States.
Stone Hall was constructed between 1905 and 1906 as part of the New York State College of Agriculture at Cornell University.
The building received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 before its complete demolition in December 1986.
The structure incorporated Classical Revival, Beaux Arts, and Renaissance architectural elements within its design at Cornell University.
Legal battles over Stone Hall's preservation established that state college campus buildings are not subject to local preservation regulations.
Following partial demolition in February 1986, Stone Hall remained in an incomplete state for months before its final removal.
