Army Quartermaster Museum

The Army Quartermaster Museum exhibits thousands of military artifacts, including uniforms, weapons, equipment, and documents that illustrate supply chain operations throughout American military history.

Founded in 1957, the museum originated from a collection of reproduction period uniforms used for instructional purposes at the Quartermaster School at Fort Lee in 1953.

The institution serves as an educational center for over 16,000 military personnel annually while maintaining a collection of 24,000 items representing military logistics evolution.

Located at Fort Gregg-Adams, the museum opens Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, receiving 70,000 visitors yearly.

The museum houses General Patton's World War II jeep with trombone air-horns and General Grant's Civil War saddle used until the Confederate surrender at Appomattox.
