Bailey Hall stands as the largest auditorium at Cornell University, featuring a colonnaded portico and monumental stairs leading to the main entrance.
Built in 1912 by architectural firm Green & Wicks, Bailey Hall received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
The Cornell Concert Series has maintained its presence in Bailey Hall since 1903, presenting international musicians and ensembles throughout academic years.
The auditorium accommodates 1,324 people and serves as a primary venue for concerts, lectures, and conferences at Cornell University.
The 2007 plaza renovation introduced bluestone flagstones and long benches made from single pieces of Oregon Douglas fir spanning 300 feet.
