Boston Post Road Historic District, National Historic Landmark district in Rye, United States.
The 286-acre district contains three pre-Civil War mansions, Indigenous sites, a private cemetery, and a nature preserve along Milton Harbor.
The district received National Historic Landmark status in 1993 due to its connection with John Jay, who grew up and is buried in the cemetery.
The district includes a three-quarter-mile meadow and viewshed, representing one of the few identified Indigenous peoples sites in New York State.
The Jay Heritage Center provides educational tours of the district, while Marshlands Conservancy offers public access to natural areas and wetlands.
A sandstone mile marker displaying '24', based on Benjamin Franklin's system, remains embedded in the wall marking three property boundaries.
